Noble & Sunday: Official Tea Sponsor for Bocuse d’Or New Zealand 2025

Bocuse d’Or New Zealand is proud to welcome Noble & Sunday as the Official Tea Sponsor for the 2025 World Finals campaign.

Noble & Sunday is a New Zealand-based tea merchant known for their dedication to craftsmanship and sourcing some of the finest single-estate teas from around the world. Their passion for quality and attention to detail align perfectly with the spirit of the Bocuse d’Or — a celebration of precision, artistry, and excellence.

For the 2025 World Finals, Noble & Sunday has selected a truly exceptional tea to accompany the New Zealand team: No.5020 Royal Bengal Brew. This single-estate, loose-leaf black tea comes from the renowned Halmari Estate in Assam, India, and is made from the 2024 harvest — a FTGFOP1 Clonal grade tea of outstanding depth and character. (Fine Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe, basically the best tea grade possible)

Royal Bengal Brew offers a deep amber liquor with a rich malt sweetness, bold body, and a refined, lingering finish — a beautiful expression of Assam’s famed terroir. It has been chosen to reflect the strength, refinement, and manaakitanga that New Zealand will bring to the world stage.

Throughout the campaign, Royal Bengal Brew will be served at official team events, supporter gatherings, and as a gift to international guests, representing a taste of New Zealand’s commitment to excellence in every detail. This tea will also be used in Lyon.

We are delighted to partner with Noble & Sunday and are grateful for their support as we embark on our journey to Lyon in 2025.
